The JEAA Autumn Motivational Event started with a warm welcome from Gill Hunt, a member of the JEAA committee.

Martyn Baum then took the stage with an inspirational talk. He provided 20 invaluable tips for seizing opportunities even in the current difficult market.

Anna Carter and Barney Orr, representing Collas Crill, gave a presentation with an overview of the new changes to the law - Stamp Duties& Fees (Jersey) Law 1998.

Before lunch, Martin graced us with another captivating talk. This time, he delved into the art of Building Lasting Relationships. His insights on mastering body language, the power of active listening, and crafting a compelling personal brand on social media had everyone nodding in agreement.

After the lunch break, Martyn returned to provide invaluable Revision & Advice on the Level 3 Sale of Residential Property. To add a twist of excitement, he even engaged the audience with a mock quiz.

Gill Hunt finished the day extending thanks to all the speakers who made this day truly informative.
