John has worked in the property industry for the past 17 years and founded Quemard Estates back in May 2007.
John has built up an established and respected business, becoming heavily involved in the local property industry helping to introduce The Property Ombudsman Scheme (TPOS) to the Channel Islands and is a former President of The Jersey Estate Agents’ Association.
Aside from sales, John has developed a large portfolio of property management across the island and has a strong influence over the local rental market.
John’s hobbies include playing the piano in luxury hotels, metal detecting, and enjoying trips to France on his boat.

Catherine was born in Haverfordwest, Wales, moving to Jersey in 1973. Educated locally at Jersey College for Girls and later at Southampton Solent University, she gained a Diploma in Land and Property Valuation and passed the Incorporated Society of Valuers and Auctioneers ( ISVA) professional exams.
With over 30 years-experience in the property industry, Catherine previously worked for the former States of Jersey's Property Services Department (now Jersey Property Holdings) which included a secondment to Drivers Jonas in London. In addition, Catherine has lived in New York and recently sold her local jointly owned property business.
Catherine is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
As a Committee member, Catherine is excited by the challenges of driving forward the Jersey Estate Agents' Association for the betterment of the industry, its standing in the community and those that work within it.

Nick Dodsley founded ND Estates at the end of April 2009.
Nick is the Director responsible for the Sales & Lettings, conducting viewings and appraisals.
Nick has been involved in Jersey property conveyancing for 37 years and has worked for major legal firms in the Island on residential and commercial properties and was a founding member of the Jersey Association of Property Conveyancers (JAPC). He maintains contact with many of the senior property lawyers in the Island and also knows many of the local developers. He conducts freelance conveyancing generally on special projects or development projects. Nick maintains an active interest in Jersey conveyancing.
Nick is the sole owner of ND Holdings Limited t/a ND Estates.
Nick is also one of the founder shareholders and directors of ND Property Management which commenced operations on the 1st January 2014 as a specialist block management company.
Nick was elected as Vice-President of the Jersey Estate Agents Association in April 2018.
Nick in his spare time also has an active interest in software and database programming, using principally PHP and MySQL.

Joanna Huelin was born and educated in Jersey and has been involved in the property industry for over 18 years. Property has been a passion from a young age, with Joanna beginning her career at just 19 years old, working for an estate agency.
After gaining valuable experience across the sector, Joanna went on to purchase a property management business, which she later rebranded as Huelin Homes. Over the past 14 years, the business has grown successfully to offer a full range of services, including sales, lettings and property management.
Joanna is known for being highly hands-on in all aspects of the business. Her personal approach, combined with a dedicated and like-minded team, has helped build long-term relationships with clients based on trust, consistency, and a genuine commitment to service.

Zoe was born and raised in Jersey. She joined Hunt Estates as Executive Assistant for Gill Hunt in April 2021 with a wealth of knowledge from her previous roles, which included Finance, Operations and Projects. Since joining Hunt Estates Zoe has been appointed as MLRO and MLCO and in 2023 promoted to Executive Director.
Zoe prides herself in being very personable and professional and considers herself to be an outgoing, driven and highly organised person.
Zoe likes to keep active by regularly going to the gym and walking her dog Charlie. She has a passion for wildlife and especially the ocean. This passion led her to attending University and completing a four-year integrated Masters programme at the University of Liverpool, achieving a First Class Masters with Honours in Marine Biology and in 2023 has had an paper published in the Frontiers in Marine Science journal. Zoe has her open water and advanced PADI dive certifications and loves to dive around Jersey and abroad when on holiday.

Andy was born and educated in Jersey. Andy’s enthusiasm for the job and brilliant sense of humour set the tone for a very productive Board member. Andy is the Head of Block Property Management for Gaudin & Co. He is genuinely passionate about getting things done right and building great relationships. Coming up to 15 years in the industry its Andy’s 2nd stint on the JEAA board previously being Vice President, whilst also being former Channel Island Representative sitting on the NAEA Propertymark Board.
Andy has now gained Propertymark fellowship whilst completing Level 4 Certificate in Property Agency Management, Level 3 Award in Residential Letting and Property Management, Level 3 Award in Residential Inventory Management and Practice and Level 3 Award in The Sale of Residential Property. Andy is also a member of The Property Institute after achieving ABBE Level 3 Certificate in Residential Property Management (Leasehold/Estate).

Samuel was born and raised in Jersey and has built his career around a strong commitment to the local residential property market. Since leaving education in 2015, he has worked continuously within the residential property sector, developing extensive knowledge of the island’s housing landscape and earning a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and client-focused service.
In 2021, Samuel became Director of Troys Estate Agency. Continuing his professional development, Samuel achieved a Level 6 Diploma in2025, qualifying as a Residential Surveyor. He also obtained Associate membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (AssocRICS) and listed on the RICS registered valuer scheme. In this capacity, he is able to carry out Homebuyer Survey Reports and secured lending valuations for lending institutions.
